Art happens when I explore the edges of my ability without the pressure of performance. It exists in the joy of creation. Finished art forms are like your children. They are pieces of you, stamped with your soul’s DNA – even as some might only have a face a parent can love.
The creation of art is about the state of your heart. How do you feel about your art? What do you or don’t you say about the subject in question?
I feel, if we treasure the process, it can heal and bring joy.
I’ve been playing outside the digital realm lately. The featured image is a little jewelry dish I made with air dry clay and acrylic paints. It was inspired by a mossy pond.
