There is a saying out there in the world of motivational speak that directs us to ‘Get Started Before You Are Ready’. This is something I am really good at.
I’ve made a career out of jumping into the water and learning how to swim. I was not ready or qualified to run a web development business, or create a lifestyle magazine or run a custom framing store. I got started and learned a lot along the way.
You just have to pick a place to start and put yourself out there. With practice and experience will you get better at showing up and responding. But you will never be totally prepared for what is to come next. If you were fully ready, there would be no room to grow.
