I am digitally painting pet portraits to raise money for free and low-cost spay and neuter clinics in the country of Panama.
Many people in Panama live at the poverty level, with a number of stray dogs and cats begging at the door for scraps. Animals find a way into the heart, so families feed them when they can afford to. However, sterilizing pets is often unattainable.
An unchecked stray animal population can cause all sorts of problems. None ending with wins for people or animals.
Fortunately, many communities organize low-cost and free spay and neuter clinics. In the past few years, these clinics have become more popular, as communities recognize the long term benefits of having a spayed pet. Spaying helps doorstep animals find families and live healthier and happier lives.
I lived in Panama for several years and the problem of unwanted dogs and cats was overwhelming. During that time I supported community-funded spay and neuter clinics and continue to do so today through pet portraits.
If you would like a portrait of your pet painted, contact me. I will ask you to send me 3 or 4 photos of your animal and pick 1 to paint. I’ll send you a link to the full resolution file of the finished painting and a link for your donation. If you like, I will also upload to my Pixels profile so that you can get the photo printed or mounted on various items, like cups, bags, greeting cards, and more. They make great gifts.
Get your furry, feathered, or scaly friend digitally painted for a donation that will go to support a spay and neuter clinic in Panama. It’s a win-win situation for everyone concerned.
